After submission
What happens next
James receives your completed booking details and electronic acceptance with a submission reference.
A copy of the completed booking submission is automatically emailed to the email address supplied. For wedding bookings, a copy is sent to both partners.
James reviews the booking and sends the relevant invoice by email. If the Fee has not yet been agreed, James will confirm it with you first. The invoice will reflect the standard payment terms or any alternative arrangement already mutually agreed in writing.
Once the payment required to secure the date under the agreed payment arrangement has been received, James confirms the Event date in writing.
