What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or read from your device by websites and online services. UK rules also cover similar storage and access technologies, including local storage, pixels, device identifiers, scripts and other mechanisms that store information on, or access information from, your device.
How this website currently uses them
Preference storage
When you accept, reject or customise optional content, the site stores a first-party preference called jt_cookie_preferences for up to 180 days. It records whether Google My Maps is allowed, the consent-policy version, the route you used to make the choice and the date/time of the choice. It does not contain your name, email address or an advertising identifier and is not used for analytics, advertising or profiling.
The live website uses the preference cookie only. If a downloaded copy of the site is opened directly from a computer using a file:// address, local storage may be used instead because normal browser cookies are often unavailable in that testing context.
Google My Maps — optional
The Performance Map page contains an embedded Google My Maps service provided by Google LLC. The Google frame has no src address until you positively allow Google My Maps, so the embedded service is not contacted by that frame before consent. Once allowed, Google may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical information from your browser under Google's own policies. See Google's cookie information and Google's Privacy Policy.
If you choose the separate Open full map link, you leave this website and visit Google directly. Google's own privacy and cookie choices then apply on Google's service.
Native enquiry and booking forms
The Contact and confirmed Booking forms are part of this website and do not require optional cookies to work. Form submission may involve ordinary server and email-delivery processing, but the forms do not introduce analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
Google-hosted fonts
The site requests typefaces from the Google Fonts Web API. Google states that the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies. Your browser still makes a normal network request to Google's font servers to retrieve the typeface files. This is described further in the Privacy Policy.
Social media and other external links
Instagram, Facebook and venue websites are linked from the site but are not embedded as tracking widgets. Their own cookies and privacy practices apply only when you choose to visit those external services.

Managing and withdrawing your choice
On your first visit you can Accept optional, Reject optional or Choose preferences. The optional Google control is off unless you actively switch it on or choose to accept optional content.
After a choice is saved, the Cookie Settings link in the footer remains available on every page. You can use it to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future embedded-map loading on this website.
If Google content has already been loaded, this website removes the embedded frame source when you withdraw permission so it stops contacting Google through that frame. Cookies or similar data already placed on Google's own domains are controlled by Google and your browser; this website cannot directly erase another domain's storage. You can manage those through your browser or Google's own privacy controls.
The preference lasts for up to 180 days. After it expires, or if the purposes or technologies covered by the consent change, the site will ask you again. If analytics, marketing or another non-exempt technology is introduced in future, it must be reflected in this policy and the consent controls before it is enabled.
Privacy information
For information about personal data collected through enquiries, bookings, hosting and third-party services, see the Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy and the consent mechanism are versioned together. If the purposes or optional technologies materially change, existing consent will not be treated as covering the new use and visitors will be asked to make a fresh choice.
